FREE Holiday Island Runner Tutorial

Dec 18, 2020

Hello! Happy December!

Last month I created a free table / island bar runner tutorial for OLFA Craft (formerly OLFA Creates) that was posted to their blog. Because there have been some changes within OLFA, that website is no longer functioning and any / all of the content is now gone. (You can read OLFA's press release here for more info)

Due to this change and the switch to OLFA Craft, my free tutorial can no longer be found online and I wanted to re-post the content here on my own blog for you to use :)

The Tutorial

This Holiday Island Runner tutorial is a simple tutorial and layer cake or yardage friendly. It can be made featuring any holiday fabrics and  you could even make two "tops" so the runner is reversible for different occasions. It's a super fast make and the perfect size for a typical kitchen island. Don't have one? You could easily do a little math to upsize or downsize this runner for any table in your home.

*Fabrics are Bonnie & Camill for MODA. Runner was long arm quilted by Megan McCord @sewcial_misfit

Lastly, I want to say that the quality of OLFA Craft remains the same and I will continue to stand by the brand during this transition. I'm still a dedicated OLFA products user and hope you will be too! Go give the brand a follow on Instagram @OLFA_craft to keep up to date.

  2. As the doctor explains it "you're about to avoid a traffic accident, for example. Stress response is the body's way of telling an individual to do something drastic at that moment. Your body releases hormones - adrenaline and cortisol - that help in the acute phase. The 'fight or flight response' is the body's response to some sort of stimulus: it goes into anxious or hyper-reactive mode. "You stand your ground and 'fight' (in a manner of speaking), or take flight to survive." www.vakantiehuis-dezilverenmaan.be

  3. You do not want to feel bad about gaining weight, so opt for the healthy food options instead. She says "try to balance your rest with some physical activity, and eat fruits, vegetables, and lean protein." If you follow these tips then you will come home feeling rested, refreshed, and revitalized. So pick one of your favorite vacation spots and head there for some much needed rest and relaxation.
