I love storing makeup and accessories in the popcorn pouches. They are great for gifts too.
ReplyDeleteI love storing change in the small pouch. I am going to make several to give for Christmas gifts this year (money gifts).
ReplyDeleteWow! I love the Popcorn Pouch pattern. It is so cute and different and functional! I am amazed at how much stuff fits inside! Thanks for the chance at the giveaway!
ReplyDeleteI love the Popcorn pouch pattern! So cute and different! Thanks for the chance to win.
ReplyDeletePopcorn Pouches are addictive! I have made them in all sizes, but so far I think the medium is my favorite. I have been using the medium to carry my English Paper Piecing work around with me. It's perfect for a few hexies, some thread and snips. Thanks for the fun Sew-A-Long and the chance to win the prize package!
ReplyDeleteHello from Germany,
ReplyDeleteI am so glat that I found you via instagram.
I love your popcornpouch pattern - so much fun to sew.
My doughter loves her new zipper pouch <3
Best wishes from Berlin,
Romy @ostlicht75
Im so happy I found this just in time! Ive been looking at these for a week or so but just found out about the sew along. Im excited to use one for wipes/diapers and one for tissues. Im also planning on making a full set for my mother for her birthday.
ReplyDeleteThis has been a really fun SAL! The Popcorn pouches are such a neat pattern & your video on how to bind has really helped!
ReplyDeleteOops~ Crusty Cupcake is my blogger name & Ravelry handle! I'm really Chiara Leist everywhere else! LOL
ReplyDeleteI'm addicted to Popcorn Pouches now! Just made another for the kid to put his earbuds in!
For the entry- I haven't decided what my favorite thing is to store in them. The funniest thing would be my niece deciding the small size was perfect for Barbie shoes. My raffle copter is under my yahoo account misskat2006@yahoo.com because that's my primary email. My comment is made under a new google account since it won't allow the other.

This was so much fun Amista. Thank you for setting it up.
I keep my knitting and hand sewing supplies in mine. I made one for a dear friend and she keeps her writing supplies in it. This is such a fun SAL, and your pattern has helped me conquer my fear of zippers.
ReplyDeleteHaven’t had time to use them yet. I’m sure they will prove very useful!
ReplyDeleteLove the pattern!
Thanks for the QAL. I've only made one pouch...currently it's holding a package of wipes.
ReplyDeleteI love that this pattern comes in so many different sizes! I really have found a use for all of them.
ReplyDeleteThe smallest popcorn pouch is great for storing bobbins. The others sizes perfect for hiding chocolate treats away from my husband!
ReplyDeleteI think I'll give the smallest one to my daughter to attach to her backpack to keep her lip balm.. Thanks for a fun pattern!
ReplyDeleteI love making these. They are so cute and easy.
ReplyDeleteThanks for hosting the SAL. I really enjoyed making the popcorn pouches and have cut out several more.
ReplyDeleteMy daughter is using the small one for feminine products and I plan on using the medium one for my cell phone and keys in my purse.
ReplyDeleteThanks for hosting this SAL. I'm not good at zippers but found this was a nice easy and fun. I've actually made like 5 of them :)
ReplyDeleteI wasn't able to do your Twitter entries. To low on data I think. If you need to get ahold of me my email is wswpub2@gmail.com.
Thanks, Tina
I store diapers and wipes in the large popcorn pouch so that they are easy to grab and go!
ReplyDeleteI like to store my knitting stitch markers in the smallest size and in the bauble pod! Thanks for hosting such a fun SAL!
ReplyDeleteI love using them to hold pens and sunglasses!
ReplyDeleteLove your popcorn pouch pattern and SAL. Loving every minute of it. Made my May.
ReplyDeleteI really enjoy your Popcorn Pouch pattern. I've made two so far and I'm considering using it as the end of year gift for my students!
ReplyDeleteI had so much fun with this SAL, and my favorite part about it is definitely getting practice with zippers! They are so cute and functional, as well as easy to put together...I just want to keep making them!
ReplyDeleteThank you for this SAL, it was fun! Your pattern is well written and you gave good advice about binding. I tried both, machine- and hand- binding. I love Popcorn pouches I made! mini is great for lipgloss, I used small for sunglasses and large for babywipes. It looks like I know what kind of gifts I'm making this year :D
ReplyDeleteThanks for the cute pattern! A great place to keep the feet for my machine!
ReplyDeleteThese look so fun and easy to make. So many possibilities in fabrics and trims. I found your link from The Craftsy Quilter's newsletter. I think I'd like to try to sew some. I'll be ordering your pattern after I send your this.
